Yeah, that's what I thought when I saw the bloody knife in her hand and part of an infant face down in a basin on the right.
Not sure if that is another hapless baby in her lap.

Thank you all for the help so far, I still can't find anything except that a band named deadbodieseverywhere has used it as their cover art. From my limited knowledge of art I would have to guess that it the virgin Mary based on the colours she's wearing and the baby who would be Jesus.
