Designer MX Premium bug - unable to publish or export

I opened a 27 page Xara file that I'd worked on in Web Designer Premium over the past few months.

I edited the color balance on one photograph and then tried to EXPORT and PUBLISH the change but all I can get is the following ERROR message:

Unable to find the filter to import that file with.

I closed MX 8 and went back to Web Designer Premium 7. I opened the same web file and everything still worked. I did get a warning about the web file being from a higher number version and that some features would be disabled.

Right clicking on the program shortcut and selecting 'Run as Administrator' should resolve this.

This is usually caused by some security software you've got installed not allowing the filter to register itself.
