Default Bitmap tracer on clipped photo

Hi, I am just trying the Bitmap Tracer tool in XDP7, actually would like only on a part of a picture.

For this clipped that actual part in Clip tool, so in the document only that one can be seen. But in Bitmap Tracer seems that always the whole image analised, could you advise how to "real" clip from the picture?

    thanks,

After applying the clipview right click the clipped image and select make a bitmap copy and use the bitmap copy to trace. Make sure to select the bitmap copy from the dropdown in the bitmap tracer dialogue.
