Did you post this in another topic?

Does your web hosting company require you to publish your files to a sub directory? Something like public_html or htdocs?

And have you contacted the tech support at your web host? Sometimes they can help you.

The other option is to publish your files to a folder (I publish to a folder on my desktop) and then use a FTP program like Filezilla to manually transfer the files and folder to your web host's servers.

Let us know if any of these suggestions help.

Are you able to connect to the server?

And if so, can you find the httpdocs folder? And if so, can you open that folder?

I found the file httpdocs in filezilla and dragged my 30 files over to it. It transferred. i went to try and publish again and didnt work. Maybe i did something wrong or am ahead of myself?

All you need to do to publish your site is enter your FTP host address, FTP username, FTP password and your subfolder (/httpdocs) into the publish properties and then hit the publish icon

This info would have been sent to you by your hosting provider.
