Horizontal Rule in Text

I was just adding a load of testimonials to a text area on a web page and thought it would be handy if I could seperate them with a quick horizontal rule. Like <hr /> in html. I can create and copy an object to use as a horizontal rule but I think it might be a quick and handy alternative being able to click a simple button in the toolbar to insert horizontal rules in text.

Perhaps a way to embed a rule graphic in the text?
