    Default Created With plug ins

I thought it might be interesting to have a thread where we could all share Xara artwork in which we have used plugins, either commercial or Free or both! Tell us a bit about the plugin you used in your work.

To start things off here is a drawing I have had for a while. Anyone who is a fan of the British series "HeartBeat" should recognize this building. The brickwork was done with EyeCandy6 Textures Brick Wall. And the roof tiles were done with the EC6 reptile skin plugin! The Eye Candy plugin is expensive but it works very well with Xara and there is so much it can quickly do.

The Xero plugins make your photo look interesting. I have played around with them a lot and the price for them is right!
(if you do visit the Goathland hotel a photo or two would be cool)

Good job Frances. I've walked past the real thing!

There are some great walks from that area, we used to take the kids when they were small.

Ankhor, What plug ins did you use?

Paul it must be beautiful up close, I have always wondered how old the building actually is.

Frances, it's a building that is fairly typical for the area, so beautiful didn't come to mind. I don't know how old it is but I don't think it has any remarkable age in comparison with many other buildings in the area.

Besides the small village that features in the (now cancelled) series, there's the railway line which is famous for it's steam trains. We took our (then) yound kids for a walk by getting off at the station then walking overland to the next station along on the line then catching the steam train back again.

The next station is the end of the line and has engineering yards for the steam and other locomotives.

The area is a steam enthusiasts dream.

I thought I'd resurrect this thread with this abstract piece I created with FilterForge and some post processing in Designer Pro 9.
