Outline world maps in vector?

Has anybody ever found any outline world maps that are actually editable in DP7? I found some but several countries could not be filled with colour.

Thank you. That does the trick. I had already tried those with poor results. With your encouragement I was more convinced they would work and they did. Or to put it better: I probably worked better!

Scotty, Just to let you know I had a bit of difficulty at first, until I realized the layers were all hidden (eye closed). I thought the document was blank for some reason! Once I discovered the "trick" things went well. The map matchs my needs perfectly, with a bit of re-colouring. Your map updates for all the changes in eastern Europe, mine was ca 1990.
