    Hello Craig

It can be done in WD7 but if your text is left justified it might be easier to start from scratch.

Create a rectangle for your basic button. Add text and apply Center Justification to the text. Center the text on the button and group the button and the text.

Copy the button to the clipboard. Open the Page and Layer Gallery and select the MouseOver layer.

Edit > Paste > Paste in Place a copy of your button onto the MouseOver layer. Make your changes to the text color and button color (Ctrl click to select an object in a group).

Return to the MouseOff layer and select both button groups by dragging a selection rectangle around both groups with the Selector Tool.

From the Arrange menu, select Apply Soft Group.

With the soft group selected, open the Website Properties menu on the Infobar and select the Navigation Bar tool (last icon on the right). Check Site Navigation Bar etc. This will create a new Navigation bar and all your text will be centered.
