Cannot export or preview website

I have the program on two computers and never had this issue. A friend purchased the program (installed & reinstalled -- both download & from disk). She gets this error message (unable to find the filter to export that file with) when trying to preview and/or export the website:



Anyone know what she can do to fix this issue?

Logoz have your friend run the Program as Administrator by right clicking on the desktop icon and select Run as administrator. She will only need to do this one time.
