Repel Text

Sigh...What to do?
I'm unable to get text to repel around an image. I know the usual procedures for doing so as I've used repel text in the past, without any problems. For some reason, this page isn't working for me. The text will not repel. I've attached the .web file for your review.
Your comments and suggestions would be appreciated.

The text needs to be area or column Text, not line.

Text will only repel when it's text columns or a text area.
You have entered the text directly onto the page and used hard returns for each line. Under these conditions, text does not repel.

For a text column, first drag a column width from left to right with the text tool selected.
For a text area, drag and draw a rectangle area with the text tool selected.

Thank you gentleman! Man, guess I didn't have a full understanding after all. But you're instructions put me on the right track.
