    I forgot to mention that Carrara was also used for the light bulb.

    Power companies are not very popular right now in my neck of the woods.

    I'll bet you could re-sell the image to a paper or magazine in the SF area! [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif[/img]

    Great use of reflected light.

    Hi Gary. Yes, Xara X was used for the bulb. Although it was created in Carrara I find it much faster, easier and more accurate to draw my curves and so on in Xara X. Actually, I use multiple programs for most of my stuff. Some might call this promiscuous so I admit it- I'm such a tart! ummm... can guys be tarts? If not I don't think that's very fair...<grin>

    Why not?

    Once you get used to Xara it's kind of hard to find a reason to be a tart :-)

    I did this lightbulb (my company logo actually) for the June XaraXone Xara Tutorial I only covered the lightbulb and iris in the tutorial, the background would be a tutorial in itself.

    Coming next month, the ultimate neon.
