    Default Nav Bar Problem

A Nav bar for a website that I have had active for a couple of years has started acting strangely. See http://www.hibs.school.nz/WanakaSkiTrip/index.htm.

When you go to the website home page the Nav Bar submenus do not appear when you hover the mouse over them. If you click on Itinerary or Travel nothing happens. If you click on Gear, Gallery or Participants the Nav Bar becomes fully operational. If you click on Diary or Treble Cone, again nothing happens. If you click on Conduct or sign-up the whole Nav Bar becomes active again.

I notice that the offending menu items show Javascript:; down the bottom left corner of the screen, but I don't know what this means.

Thanks in anticipation for any assistance.

    Hi Kkeys

Does it behave the same from a site exported to your hard drive.

I presume you mean when I press F12. If so, yes it does behave the same way.

Hmm, not a corrupted upload. We might need to see a file to play with. My guess is it's a layers or repeating object problem.

Did you copy and paste the navbar at any time ?

    Thanks for feedback so far.

I've attached the .xar file with a couple of pages removed to get it under the 10mb limit.

The countdown placeholder you've inserted on the homepage was causing the problem.

Right click that placeholder and select Web Properties - Placeholder tab and click HTML Code (body).

In here you have not closed the iframe code.

At the end of the code you have inserted type the following then click OK, then OK in Web Properties.

    Code:
    ></iframe>
Once you've done that preview the page and it should work

    Dear PeteS

Thank you for the fix, which I have applied. All is now back to normal.

    Regards
    Kevin
