    That is very well done Tabian. I have done some work before doing animal fur and it's not the easiest thing to achieve. Could you tell us a little bit about how you did the fur?

    Hi Frances, the way I drew the fur was to draw a few strands in three shades of brown. Apply a transparency to loos that hard leading edge, clone it and overlay the clones one on top of the other.

    Thanks Tabian, I was wondering if that was how you went about it. I have used that method my self. I will sometimes make a bunch of groups of strands with different mixtures of colours and mix and match these groups as I work a drawing. It can get rather system intensive on a large drawing. I did a bear once and redraw took forever!

    Yes Frances the redraw time does take a little longer. Would it redraw quicker if I used more layers?
