Rollover button...How?

I'm using the Viewfinder theme,but somehow iv'e managed to inadvertantly change the buttons on the botton right turn blue(these should only turn blue with the mousover effect when viewed in preview mode).Ive made many attempts over the past week to figure this out,and today have been sat here since 8:30 am(its now 2:15pm).Massively frustrating,that's what it is.I thought i could just delete the buttons,then copy n paste them from another page.Although i have tried editing them many ways,many times.The problem being that the buttons are blue all the time,rather than light grey.They should only highlight to blue when being previewed,or as part of an uploaded website.Can anyone please suggest how i can get this button back to its original condition.

In the page and layer gallery you can switch off visibility of the MouseOver layer by toggling the eye icon.
