    Cool NavBarsubmenu hidden

    Hi Guys,

    I`m just trying out V7.

I am using the navbar wizard. Great stuff.

I have a problem with the submenu hidden behind a placeholder that displays video.

I click on the main bar to take me to the submenu, fine, once I get there the submenu is hidden by the video in the placeholder! What to do?

It works in preview....strange but true.

CTRL+B will move the selected object to the back of all the other objects. That should fix it.

yes, good idea. I tried that. unfortunately it did`nt work.

I also tried Garys idea about making a temporary .xar file with the navbar, saving the site without the bar and then putting the bar back into the original site and repeat on all pages.

Then I was thinking about moving the `object to a new layer between mouse off and mouse over?

    So, keep the ideas coming.

It`s got to be a simple thing i overlooked.

Could you upload a sample file that displays this behaviour ?

Ok, so this is the update.

I made a new folder (site) I included minimum pages.

It works on preview and I checked it on a pc earlier. It was working fine.

I checked it again, after re publishing with a spell correction on a page and its doing the `thing` again. I though I had it solved by redoing the navbar after I completed the site.

So, I have included the xar file I have some other files to include too. the htm files and I will include the video links if that helps.

Ah,,, I have zipped the files so that you can unpack and view in a folder.

    Thanks for your expert eye.

    Hi Ganim

You have put an entire HTML file in the place holder If you are trying to show another page within a page you will need to use an iframe place holder.

And that HTML file is seriously messed up.

    No zip files

Don't have any nav bar issues here in preview mode on i.e or firefox, all the sub menus are in the right place that i can see, nothings covered - i can see some text "title" appear when you click on any of the "videos" links - but viewing the source their is a lot going on in their that i cant fathom...

edit.. looks like Drwyd has found it :P
