Name Gallery and multi-page documents

I believed, perhaps incorrectly, that I could use the name gallery to select all instances of, say, a font, colour or name in the document. When I try this in a multi-page document the selection is limited to the current page or spread only. Is there any way i can select all instances in the whole multi-page document?

No, the name gallery will only select all instances of your font, named colour, etc. in the current page. If there is a way to select across the whole document I haven't found it.
