I created a new folder under the fill gallery in windows explorer called "PAPER". Then in Xara Designer PRO 7, opened the fill gallery and selected "disc fills", went to the new "PAPER" folder, highlighted it, hit ADD and a folder is created
that does not say PAPER but has the directory location of the new folder as the name ending with fills, and has copied all the existing fill gallery folders underneath it.

What am I doing wrong?

Nothing wrong, Ron. This is a known issue.

One hopes in the next round of releases that this will be addressed.
