Bending Stuff - Jesus how!?? i.e bend shapes into semi circles

Ok, I'm trying to create this curved shape.

Jesus how do I "bend" shapes?

Wouldn't the easiest way be to draw the arrow shapes on the oval then use 3D extrude tool?

Yeah Larry.

Many ways to skin a cat in Xara products.

I like that method, because it keeps the breaks equi-distant from the center of the shape, but I could easily have just 'eyeballed it'.
