    Default Topographic Map - Stereogram

In my days in the Army, I was a cartographic draftsman and created maps like this one except not in 3D.

The magnifying look is a vector drawing based on an actual product.

I just culled 75 stereograms down to the final 50 and I am very happy with the body of work.

Very effective Gary. This one may be one of your best. I like it.

It's so frustrating! I still can't see them. I put my face to the screen, focus and then move backwards. That's the way to do it, right? I also tried to look cross-eyed or tried to look 'beyond' the screen. Any further help is appreciated!

Boy I know how you feel, for years I saw nothing, now I see depth, atleast, but not what they see.
So I suggest, remember when you were in highschool, the endless long lessons where teachers couldn`t stop
talking, when you slowly zoned out, and stared at nothing, that is the way that worked for me.
An example, ferris buellers day of (in the new movie new years eve, the actor of ferris was in a limo and his name was
buellerton, which was kinda funny, trivia ofcourse, but still.) voodoo economics.

For me, the trick is not to try and see. Face about ten inches from my laptop screen, looking at the image but not focussing. Just stare but don't concentrate. Relax. After a while the image will pop.
