page background color

hello,

for some reason when i try to change background color on a page, the option is not available (grayed out). any ideas?

Can you click on a color on the color bar and drag it to the page?

hi ben. that does not work on the b/g. does work on shapes, however.

You're using P&GD6 - before pasteboard colouring was possible :-(

Try holding down Ctrl and dragging a colour to your page this will set your page background which is what I think the question is about. And this was possible way way back so should work in P&GD.
