Fade out effect in XWD7 Premium

Hi! There is a fade in effect in mouseover, where we can establish appropriate time of this effect. Is it possible to do the same fade out effect to do this popular effect? Any help would be appreciated!

If you use a Mouse-Over link to a pop up layer, the image fades out when you mouse off the image.

If you use a normal link to the pop up layer, then the image fades out when you click on the screen away from the image.
