Registration for .WEB file puzzle

I have had to format my System drive (C and do a clean install of my Windows 7 OS as well as all my apps. When I launch my WD 7 Premium app, I get a message frame saying
"This version of Xara Web Designer Premium is currently not registered for .WEB files. Do you want to register it?"

The same happens when I launch my Photo and Graphic designer 6 app.

There are YES & NO buttons but despite selecting YES, the same error appeared at the next boot. The software fucntions OK and allows me to edit my web site so what does all this mean?

Press YES and then "Don't ask me again" should do it

All that message means is if you want the specific application to open that type of file.

So, if you double click on a .web file, the document will be opened with Web Designer.

Kind of scary though.
