big problem with web designer 7 premium

i bought web designer 7 premium recently. the install was a success. but in the menu file, the option for view the website and export the website don't work.
wd7p make an error :unable to find the filter which the file must be imported

what could i do?

Close WD7.

Right click on the program icon. Select Run as Administrator (Ejecutar como administrador)
