Pages

I would like to add a page to an existing page and create a drop down menu on the navigation bar. I can figure out the navigation bar drop down but everytime I try to add a new page it appears on the navigation bar of the entire web. I have a nav button called Menu and am trying to add two pages just to that page called Lunch and Dinner, without having those pages appear anywhere but under the Menu button. I have tried about everthing and need help.
