In Web Design 7 Premium (7.1.2)
I want to change navigation bar colour and font size.
I go through the motions but nothing happens.
It is the same through all web themes and navigation bars.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you

This is a two part solution.
Open the Page and Layout Gallery. Click the S icon next to the MouseOff layer. This isolates the MouseOff layer and hides everything else.
Hold down the Ctrl key and click on the button shape. This selects just the button shape for the mouse off layer.
Hold down the Ctrl key and click on the text. This selects just the text for the mouse off layer and for the selected button only.
You will need to repeat this step for the other buttons.
Now click the S icon for the MouseOver layer and make your changes.
And yes, a global edit where you could edit one button and all the other buttons would change accordingly would be terrific. (Maybe next version?)
Another way to do this is to double click on the navigation bar to open the Navigation Bar Properties. Click Ungroup to Edit Graphics (lower left).
Delete all the buttons except one. Make your changes to both button states.
Then recreate the nav bar. This will apply the changes you made to the one bar to all the pages in your document.

Or, here is a way to do it without ungrouping ...
