    On another matter can anyone suggest why jpgs exported from Designer are a little soft looking. The grain on the above photo should be sharp and crisp but it all looks a little indistinct to me when exported.
    I'm sure I've ticked (or not ticked) something to make it like this but I'm not sure what.

    Without seeing the original, I'm not sure what the exported jpg looks like, in comparison to the original?!
    If you can see what I'm trying to say?

    I don't think I've had any problems, when I've imported a jpg pic into XDP7, made changes, and then exported it.

    I thought that same thing, but didn't post thinking I have no answer to the question.
