Hi! I need a little help. I am designing a website and it seems that on the design page i can insert the text where i want it, then when i preview the page it moves the text and makes it live and clickable?

It's not clear what you mean by 'live and clickable'.

Could you add a link to your published page so we can see what you mean please?

Everything you create on a page has attributes. Simply select it and right click and select "web properties" to view them, you can link it to internal or external locations, use link colours etc etc, but its the "web properties" menu which sets all these.
