    Default Vector??

    Hi,

If I create a logo in Xara Designer Pro 6.0, is that vector? Can I scale it up as large as I want?

    Thanks.

Yes as long as you don't use any bitmaps and export as a vector format such as pdf, eps, svg etc. it is vector and will scale as large as you want.

Just to add to the list above, do not use live effects/plugins, complex gradients/fills/transparencies, or drop shadows in your logo either. Keep it simple.

Feathering would be something to avoid if scaling up a great deal. As far as I know there is still a 50px limit on feathers (unless this has been extended in DP7?)
