Default Page re-do not going as I would like

I have a Web page that I would like to modify, and I'm not sure how to approach it. Size is 1000pxX1900px. I like the shape, but I'd like to alter the size without losing the shape. It is a textured blend and I'm not sure how to approach this. I would love to do an outline if I can figure a way to knock out the fill, then I could begin anew. Any suggestions appreciated.Click image for larger version.

Did you do anything after the blend? If not you should be able to change proportions.

Is it just the colour you want to knock out or the texture as well?

Just had ago at it. Draw a rectangle over existing shape on a new layer, add extra nodes to top and bottom, bend into rquired shape. Go to bevel and emboss and chcek mark texture, select desiredv texture, play around with settings until you are happy. Rasterize shape and covert to smart object, apply gradient overlay and bevel. Now this will resize and keep integrity.(I think unless I'v missed something out)
