Pastboard background image anomoly

Please look at the simple test page in the attached zip file.

It has a large image as the page body background and then a small horizontally repeated image for the 'outside' of the body. The repeating image renders fine on the right of the page body but is nudged up 1 or 2 pixels too high on the left.

Can anyone explain why this is happening and how I fix it?

hmmm... I think it's the main body image that is at fault. Sorry, ignore this thread.
