I was just trying here to see how little tone variation a "white on white" composition could have and still be legible.

This might make a CD cover art piece. I added a lot of Alien Skin's Exposure grain effects to it, which I like to de-sterilize rendered models, but here's a Big Time hint for everyone: you put noise in a photo, it increases the saved file size for JPEGs, because the JPEG file format averages tones, and it can't do that effectively if every neighboring tone is different, which is what noise does.
