error when trying to add a new page

I am getting an internal error 3541.K.No.ar when trying to add a page to my existing 6 pages

Does this happen if you shut down the program and then reopen the program?

No it does not. I just cannot add another page to my existing 6 pages I have tried to duplicate and also add sometimes the navigation bar may show but the error comes up too an then when i close the error the nav bar dissapears also. I have tried a reload of the program also if i open another preset theme template page i can duplicate that ok

no it does not but I can duplicate pages if i open another theme template page in that theme. All of my web page is uploaded to the net and working. I have tried the duplicate tab and also the new pge tab and both of them give me the error
