Is there any way we can do this with Xara Web designer?

i look at this http://www.xara.com/eu/products/webdesigner/compare/ and i want to make the smooth scroll with Xara.. Could someone please explain how to do this step by step?

Do you mean to get scroll bars to the side of the page? Or are you referring (I suspect you are) to the buttons that keep their position?

To get the page to scroll, you need more page than can be displayed on the screen. This forces the browser to display scroll bars automatically.

sorry, i dont explain myself.

I mean for example, when you go to the page http://www.xara.com/eu/products/webdesigner/compare/ and click the first option of Web Authoring and Publishing > Presentations.... voila.. it smooth scrolls to Presentation text and there you have the TOP button to return where you were.
