The September 1 Xara Xone

A tasty 33-step tutorial. You could probably do this tutorial with Xara X if you wanted. Some experience recommended but new users should be able to get through without too much difficulty.

As usual, please comment so I don't have to whine publicly. It's so pathetic when I do that.

Splendid tutorial. I particularly liked the method for reproducing the logo.
I smiled a lot whilst doing this. Prefer my chips (fries) slightly more well done, though.

Enjoyed that tutorial Gary, thanks. I must admit that I personally don't find the method(s) very intuitive ie I don't yet have the vision to be able to see how all these small steps will end up with what is the end result.

I think what can tend to happen is that 'we' always kind of self start with xara products and so can easily latch on to a few bits that we've learnt and then get stuck with a small armoury of skills which we try to use and exploit for everything that follows. For me, these TUT's force me to learn new ways and methods of achieving a desired result or effect. I am grateful that you spend time doing these for us, thanks again.

My lighter fries & Ketchup went a bit pete-tong but this was fun.

Yeah, but I would thinking of the ones I'd see in a Newspaper, folded to be like cone, with the Fish & Chips in it (inspired a whole chain of Fast Food in the U.S. -H.Salt comes to mind)
