Web Designer 7 download problems

Hi, I have a customer who is attempting to download the trial version of WD 7, then I will purchase a copy and send him the serial # to activate. He keeps running into problems downloading the program. It would stop at various points and not download further. He also tried from another location on his laptop, but was coming up with some corrupt file error.
I don't have a lot of information to go on. I did try to download it myself and succeeded with no problem.
Any ideas?
