scroll bars

Hello,

I have searched but cannot find an answer so I am not sure if this is even possible. Basically is it possible to scroll through the contents of a pop-up layer using a scroll bar of sorts? I love using pop-up layers and think they really add value rather than having to open new pages for related content but sometimes I just don't have room to put everything into the pop-up layer.

Edit: You could also use an iframe with a scrollbar containing a Xara designed page.

Now one last questions. I don't know that much about iframes so if I wanted the iframe to be an internal page (within the web designed with WD7) how would
I link that only to the scrolling box?
