crop and other printers' marks

Seeking help on two issues with Xara Designer 7 (trial version)
1. I am trying to print crop marks for printing my drawing. The help instructions say in Print Options - Imagesetting tab to check output printer's marks - I don't have an Imagesetting tab (only Output and Print Layout). Am I looking in the wrong place? or is it not available in the trial version?

2. Exporting to PDF defaults to Adobe and I have PDF creator. How do you change this?

[1] File>Print Options>Image setting [tab]

The trial version is fully functional.

[2] I don't understand your question. Could you re phrase?

PDF creator installs a PDF printer on the system and to create a PDF, you just print from Xara and choose that printer.

You don't export you print!

I think Maybe Lizzy wants to have pdfs open in Pdf creator rather than Adobe reader after export. Designer pro uses the default program on your computer. find a pdf file on your computer and right click it and select open with then choose pdf creator as the program to open it with (you may have to browse for it) check always use this program to open this type of file and this will set pdf creator as the default program for opening pdf files and then when you export to pdf from designer pro it should open in pdf creator.

Edit ok now I'm a little confused here I don't have pdf creator I thought it could open and view pdfs as well as create them.

a quick google search turned up two different programs called PDF Creator, one is a print to pdf program the other is a program that creates and opens pdf files. So we definitely need some clarification here.

Lizzy are you using the trial version of Designer Pro 7 or Photo & Graphic Designer 7?

The Photo & Graphic Designer 7 print options dialog does not have an imagesetting tab. See attached images showing the dialogs from the two different versions.

Yes, this is a mistake in the P&GD7 Help file section: PDF Export Filter Settings: Layer Options
I also see the screenshot used in the Help under Print Options shows the Imagesetting tab, this is also a mistake.

Sorry about the mixup, I took your comment "Seeking help on two issues with Xara Designer 7 (trial version)" to mean Designer Pro 7.
