Default How do you create a Resizing Background?

I am trying to create a Website in WD7P that is 960 pixels wide and 700 pixels high. How do I create a grey background that expands whenever I re-size the Web Browser window? Mind you, I want the main content area to stay centered.

Drag and drop a color onto the pasteboard area (the area outside the page). You can also drag and drop a repeating bitmap texture onto the background.

    Have a look at Workbook 90 http://www.xaraxone.com/webxealot/workbook90/

Thanks Gary. That worked beautifully! And thanks again for the new workbook.

Perhaps this YouTube video might help with making stretching bitmap backgrounds?
