Error message: index_htm_files: disc quota exceeded

I want to publish a website, but didn't manage. First I tried it with FileZilla Client and then in XDP6. File Zilla and Xara give the same error message : index_htm_files: disc quota exceeded. What to do ??

This generally means you have run out of allocated disc space for your hosting account.
You'll have to remove any redundant files or see your host for increase disc quota.
(If you use this host for your email account as well, check this, sometimes the inbox fails to empty when you collect your emails from the server)
