I have a set of text already...for example it says

I want coffee...
I want to be able to press on

I want coffee and for example

an email, skype, and name come up

how is that possible, please help

I see you have posted in the Webstyle forum but you registered with Web Designer 7, so I am going to answer this post then move your thread to the Xara Web Design Chat forum.

I am not sure why if someone wants coffee they would want to see an e-mail program open, but I am sure you have your reasons.

I do not know the command for Skype, but if you want your linked text to open a visitor's e-mail program then highlight the text with the Text Tool, and open the Links menu and key in the e-mail address in the Link to e-mail or Web address box and press Apply.

it was just an example...

What i meant was if you click on it, it will bring up the contact information for that company...phone numbers

yes like that exactly, but i want it to be click able so the box stays with the contact information

Then you must use the (lock) suffix on the popup layer name and not use mouseover but popup layer.
The popup should also have a close button on it which you apply the link: popup:close
