Using the export menu, choose the PhotoShop file type. Or am I misunderstanding?

You cannot export the guides layer.

Draw your guidelines on another layer then export to a psd file.

I just want the guidelines on the picture (in xara pic1) to be exported and seen in photoshop too (pic2). How can I do so?

Guidelines are not exported. I had misread your original post.

If you have to have those guidelines, I would create a layer, draw lines on that layer at each guideline, and then export the PSD file from Xara. While they are not guidelines, they can then be quickly set up in PS and the layer with the pseudo-guides deleted.

    Take care, Mike
