    Default Mobile Phone

The purpose of this post is not to show any artistry or skill.

These days, iPhones and BlackBerrys have taken off and many have forgotten what mobile phones used to look like.

So, the real purpose is to remind, some of us, and the fact that you will need this information to 'Crack the Code'.

A challenge I hope to post, in the 'Challenges' forum so that we can all have a bit of fun.

OK. So it's not a drawing challenge but I thought a change would be good as well as the drawing ones?!

The challenge will be, that a friend has sent you a code (numbers) and you have to work out the song title.

If some members have a go at it, then great. If not, then nothing lost.
    I enjoyed the drawing, anyway!

PS. As soon as a moderator gets a chance to authorise the post in the Challenges forum!

Like the phone Rik, good job. I've got one older than that but the string has broke between the cans!

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.

Thanks for your kind comments, everyone.
Every drawing is a challenge for me but I didn't want to just say that there is a quiz type challenge.
I wanted to post the fact that you need to know the letters on the keys of the old type phones.

    You are absolutely correct Ants.
I used it as reference. The bottom part is a bit more rounded and some other minor things are different but I was trying more to make sure that I got the look right, rather than exact replication.

Please have a go at the challenge. It's an easy one to start with!

Looks good, Rik. I just recycled my old cells phones recently. The oldest was as large as a shoe box.

Nicely done Rik, I also can't use smart phones, so I bought a cheap VirginMoble flip phone. The only thing it has is a camera.

Camera? Sounds like a very 'smart' phone, to me!
