Resolution / Size of page

How would I go about changing the size of the whole page?
When inside the Web Designer 7 Premium I do a ctrl + a to select all and increase the size of the page.
When I preview the layout is outside the realms of the white canvas on the back.
How would I increase this or educate myself as far as layouts are concerned?

Right click on the page and select Page Options.... In the Page tabbed section you can change the page. You can select from one of the predefined sizes or click Custom and set your own dimensions.

Or, there is the easy way. Drag the right edge of the page outward or inward to make the page wider or narrower.

Drag the bottom edge of the page to make the page longer or shorter.
