Please some advise - Pop-up Layer - (some) lines not showing

Hi all,

I've created a first page of a 'to be' website partly based on the May 2008 XaraXone Tutorials
So far so good.
Now what's the issue?
There's six squares (buttons) and six corresponding 'large' squares on the pop-up layers.
The buttons were all copied from the 1st button. They've only been spread and aligned using the align tool.

Now why is it some of the button border lines don't show?
I've tried some resizing and this influences the behaviour but I can't get rid of it.
Also the left hand side border of the larger rectangles seems to dissapear or get hidden.

Can someone point me in the right direction to get a grip ont this?

You have set your border to 0px - set them to 1px - they will show the same when viewed in a browser, though now they will be complete.
