Designer Pro 7 and pdf export

Having problems with pdf export in Pro 7. People are telling me that they can't open the files. Is anyone else having this problem.

Can you give us some more information? Can you post one of the files people are not able to open?

You can only post a PDF file here that is under 1.95MB. But you can upload the file to www.yousendit.com and post the download link here. The link is active for 7 days and then the file(s) is removed from their servers.

Hello padwick,

Can you open the PDF? Does this affect everyone, or some people? If you can open it, chances are some/all of these people are using an older version of Acrobat Reader or a third-party application that is out of date.

If this is the case, you can use one of the other PDF export options (custom, Acrobat 4 or 5 compatibility) or simply request they update their software.

If you cannot open the PDF yourself, please do as Gary requests and attach one here (or yousendit) as well as your XAR file and then post the link to it.
