Sorry I solved the answer to this, just changed the main displays over.

It actually may have been more helpful to have left your original question (if it wasn't too embarrassing ) even if you answered it on your own. Because you had the question, someone else could also and then they could find the answer with a simple google or site search.

The original question was how do i get the Wacom Cintiq to work with Xara Design pro 7. The only way i can get it to work from an extended display is to make the Cintiq the primary display. Not the most desirable way to work but a solution none the less. If you try to use the Xara with this board as an extended display it simply won't work.
