What is stopping Google Map and a Comment form from working on a my Contact web page?

I'm working on a contact page and want to include Google Map for directions and a Comment Form created through Email Me Forms. The map works on Preview Web Page. The form only works if I place the cursor over the top line of each form box. Neither work when published. I created a new web page file and both work under Preview Web Page. What have I done wrong on the original contact page? Thanks for your time.
