Xara Web Photo Gallery Stopped Working

I hope someone could please help me. I have designed a website in Xara Web. I have two pages which include Photo Galleries. Both pages and photo galleries were working fine. Now (didnt change settings or anything that I know of) and the photo galleries are no longer working. Nothing happens when you hover over a photo or click on it. The cursor no longer changes to a "hand" and the photos cannot pop Up?

What could be the problem?

If I cut the photo gallery and paste it onto another page, and then cut it from there and paste it back to the original page, then it works again? this makes no sense, and I would hate for that error to occur again after upload

Please could someone assist me, I would be most grateful

Yep I found this out as well so what I do is import the photos first then save the file then optimize them. Should one do it the other way round then nothing pops up and the photos are blurred. Hope this helps
