    xdp6 Paste URL (from clipboard)

I don't know how useful this is to others, but I use the 'Import Graphics from web' feature of XDP6 quite regularly for various purposes.
First, I copy the URL from the browser to the clipboard and then paste it into the import dialogue, after a while it becomes very tedious to have to right-click and paste the URL (or ctrl+V).

I think it could be very useful if the import dialogue could capture the URL from the clipboard, either automatically or with a button control [Paste URL]

I think that would be a good idea Steve. I will need to do the same in Dear Adobe for PDF's it's just the same and that's how most of my work is delivered. Also never thought to use XDP6!

I usually save the web image into pdf by using a free tool click.to http://www.clicktoapp.com/de

    1. click the image , ctrl+c
    2. choose pdf on the appeared tool bar above the image
    3. the image will be opened in a pdf file, which can be saved.

That's a convoluted way to get from A to B

Chrome and FireFox you can drag an image off a web page onto your desktop then straight into Xara. This is fast.

(BTW: search on google for selected text is already built into browsers, so that app seems redundant)
