Default Importing a full Xara Designed website bck into the program

    Hi.
Being the exceedingly clever guy I am, I didn't back up my website over the last couple of months and my hard drive died yesterday!
my Website www.cartoon.me.uk was created with Xara and I am hoping (probably a futile emotion regarding this problem) that someone coluld advise me of a magical way to import it back into Xara. This would be onto a new PC with new harddrive. Any help greatly appreciated.

Without the original .web or .xar file it will require more work but the guest tutorial at Xara Xone will show how it can be done:

I know you dont want to hear this but you would have to rebuild it from scratch.
You could use the layout and graphics from your website.
First I would take your old computer to a shop to see if they could recover anything off the hard drive.

One thing I do is upload any relevant files to location on the website for just these cases. If possible, I'll upload them to a directory that I create that isn't web accessible. I'll put .web, xar, psd, etc files there that are used for editing anything on the site. That way they are in two different locations and I can find them easily if needed.
